Private Classes

A two-hour class may focus on making Royal Icing and basic piping skills, or it might cover bas-relief techniques or making and applying Garrett Frills. The content is completely customisable to the student's needs.
The six-hour class may encompass the creation of sugar flowers or, maybe, cut and shaped novelty cakes. Again, the curriculum is completely flexible to the student's needs. Six-hour sessions run from 10am to 4.30pm with a half hour break for lunch (bring your own).
Two students can be arranged for the same price as one, so why not bring a friend for a creative adventure and share the cost?
